« On the 19th anniversary of the repose of Metropolitan Anthony (Bloom), commemorative services were held at the Dormition Cathedral »

On August 4, 2022, on the 19th anniversary of the death of the ever-memorable Metropolitan Anthony (Bloom), the founder of the Diocese of Sourozh, with the blessing of His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, commemorative services were held in London.
The Divine Liturgy was celebrated at the Dormition Cathedral in London, which was officiated by Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, co-served by Protodeacon Vadim Santsevich.  At the litany for the departed, prayerful petitions were lifted up for the ever-memorable Metropolitan Anthony.
At the end of the Liturgy, a funeral litia was served at the Cathedral, in which Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky and Dean of the Diocesan District of South West England, Archpriest Joseph Skinner, also took part.
On the same day, a panikhida was served at the grave of Metropolitan Anthony at the Old Bromton Cemetery in London.  After the service, Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko addressed the clergy and admirers of the ever-memorable Archpastor with a sermon.
