On June 1, 2022, on the eve of the feast of the Ascension of the Lord, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, temporary Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA and Canada, celebrated an all-night vigil at the church of the Transfiguration of the Lord in Bogorodskoye, Moscow.His Grace was assisted by archpriest Damian Kruglik, priest Andrei Tikhonov and deacon Sergei Kuznetsov.
At Matins, after the Holy Gospel reading, Vladyka Matthew anointed the clergy and believers with consecrated oil.
