« The academic year has ended at the parish school at St. Peter and St. Paul Church in Dublin, Ireland »

On May 29, 2022, the last lessons of this academic year were held at the Sunday School at the Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul. 86 students from 4 to 15 years old studied the foundations of the Orthodox faith, the Holy Scriptures, the features of Orthodox worship and other subjects.
Classes were held both in school premises and online. This allowed children from other parishes in Ireland to join the lessons.
In addition to training sessions, the children actively participated in various art exhibitions.  Through the efforts of teachers and students, an online concert for parishioners for Christmas, and a children's celebration for Easter were organised. This year, for the first time, the school held a competition of translators.
By tradition, the academic year ended with a meeting of the teaching staff. Sunday school teachers summed up the results of the year, shared their impressions with each other, discussed plans and tasks for the next academic year.
At the end of the meeting, Rector of the church, archpriest Mikhail Nasonov, expressed to the teachers his gratitude for their hard work in the spiritual education of young parishioners and wished everyone a good summer vacation.
