On October 9, 2022, on the 17th Sunday after Pentecost, the day of the repose of the Apostle and Evangelist John the Theologian, the memory of St. Tikhon, Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, temporary Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA and Canada, celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord in Bogorodskoye, Moscow.His Grace was assisted by the clergy of the church. The divine service was celebrated by the hierarchal rank.
After the dismissal of the Liturgy, the Right Reverend Archpastor addressed the clergy and parishioners with words of sermon and spiritual edification.
