On September 19, 2021, with the blessing of His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, archpriest Joseph Skinner, Dean of the Diocesan District of South-West England, visited the community of All Saints of Wales, recently admitted to the Sourozh Diocese, in the town of Blaenau Ffestiniog.Archpriest Joseph, together with the Rector of the community, Hegumen Daniel (Davis), celebrated the Divine Liturgy, at the end of which Father Joseph read a letter of welcome from Bishop Matthew of Sourozh to Father Daniel and the parishioners of the community following their return to the bosom of the Russian Orthodox Church.
