On June 5, 2023, on the day of the Holy Spirit, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London.His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Dean of the Diocesan District of South East England, Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Priest Vasily Gandzyuk, and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
Liturgical hymns were performed by the choir of the Dormition Cathedral under the direction of Dmitry Tugarinov.
Following the prayer behind the ambo, the Archpastor and concelebrating clergy performed a prayerful glorification in front of the icon of the Holy Trinity.
In conclusion, Vladyka Matthew addressed those gathered on the feast day in the Cathedral with words of sermon and spiritual edification. Simultaneous translation into English was provided by Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
