On July 17, 2022, on the feast day of the Holy Passion-Bearers Tsar Nicholas, Tsaritsa Alexandra, Tsarevich Alexy, Grand Duchesses Olga, Tatiana, Maria, Anastasia and Passion-bearer Righteous Eugene the Doctor, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, Temporary Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA and Canada, celebrated the Divine Liturgy  in the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord in Bogorodskoye, Moscow.
His Grace was assisted by the rector of the church, Archpriest Damian Kruglik, clergy and guests of the church.
During the Liturgy, augmented prayer petitions for the granting of peace were lifted up.
After the dismissal of the Divine Liturgy, the Archpastor and co-serving clergymen performed the glorification of the Holy Royal Martyrs.
At the end of the divine service, Vladyka Matthew warmly congratulated the rector of the church, Archpriest Damian, with his recently celebrated namesake and addressed the parishioners with words of sermon and spiritual edification.
