On June 19, 2021, on Trinity Saturday of Ancestors, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served a panikhida at the grave of the founder of the Sourozh diocese, Metropolitan Anthony (Bloom) at the Brompton cemetery in London.
His Grace Vladyka was assisted by priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Sourozh diocese.
This year, the day of church commemoration of all departed Orthodox Christians throughout the Ages, on the eve of the feast of the Holy Trinity, coincided with the 107th anniversary of the birth of Metropolitan Anthony.
