On April 7, 2021, on the feast of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Mother of God, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom at the Dormition Cathedral in London.His Grace was assisted by the Secretary of the Sourozh Diocese, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
The liturgical hymns were sung by the quartet under the direction of the choir master Dmitry Tugarinov.
At the end of the Liturgy, the Right Reverend Archpastor addressed the parishioners with words of a sermon and spiritual edification.
The Archpastor warmly congratulated E.N. Poplavskaya, Head of the Diocesan Department of Religious Education, Acting churchwarden of the Cathedral, director of the parish school at the Dormition Cathedral, with her recent birthday and presented to her a bouquet of flowers and a holy prosphora.
