On April 10, 2021, on Saturday of the 4th week of the Great Lent, week of the the Holy Cross, commemoration of the departed, the Divine Liturgy was celebrated at the Dormition Cathedral in London.The divine service was celebrated by Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Sourozh diocese, assisted by Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
During the Liturgy, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh prayed and received the Holy Mysteries of Christ.
After the prayer before the ambo, a lithia was served for the deceased Orthodox Christians.
After the dismissal prayer, Father Dimitry addressed the parishioners with a word of spiritual edification, Father Protodeacon Vadim translated the words of the sermon into English for the English-speaking parishioners.
In the evening of the same day, moleben, panikhida and all-night vigil were celebrated in the Cathedral.
The divine services were broadcast live on the diocesan page Life of Sourozh on the social network Facebook.
