On March 25, 2021, His Grace Vladyka Matthew met with Subdeacon Anthony Zakharov, Head of the Church Charity and Social Ministry Department of the Diocese of Sourozh.

The meeting, which took place at the Dormition Cathedral in London, was attended by the Secretary of the Sourozh Diocese, priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, diocesan treasurer Andrei Bardakov, and a member of the department Ilona Shevtsova.

At the meeting, various issues related to the current activities of the department were considered, and work plans for 2021 were discussed.
