On March 21, 2021, on the first Sunday of the Great Lent, the Triumph of Orthodoxy, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London.His Grace Vladyka Matthew was assisted by Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Sourozh Diocese, and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
At the augmented litany, special petitions were raised, after which the Archpastor read a prayer from the rite of the Sunday of Orthodoxy.
The liturgical hymns were sung by the quartet under the direction of the choir director Dmitry Tugarinov.
At the end of the Liturgy, the Right Reverend Archpastor addressed those present in the church with words of a sermon and spiritual edification.
The divine service was broadcast live on the diocesan page Life of Sourozh on the social network Facebook.
