« Registration open for Diocesan Conference »

Registration is now open for the Annual Diocesan Conference on the theme, 'Our Vocation', which will take place on the weekend of June 10th-12th at the High Leigh Conference Centre in Hertfordshire.

The main speakers will be:

Archimandrite Meletios (Webber)  from Amsterdam, a psychologist and experienced parish priest, who will speak about vocation to the priesthood;






Archpriest Alexei Uminsky, Rector of Holy Trinity Church in Moscow,  presenter of a weekly television program, "Orthodox Encyclopedia", who will speak about the vocation(s) of the laity;





Sister Dr Vassa (Larin), University of Vienna, a liturgical scholar and the host of the popular Internet programme, 'Coffee with Sister Vassa', who will talk about the role of theologically educated women in the Church;





Mikhail Sarni, London, an expert on the Russian Orthodox Church in Britain and Ireland, who will give an overview of its 300 year history.
