On July 11, 2019, on the eve of the day of the memory of the Holy Glorious and All-praised Leaders of the Apostles Peter and Paul, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh headed All-Night Vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.

The Right  Reverend Vladyka was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Dean of the Diocesan District of South West England, Archpriest Nikolai Preskure, Priest Nikita Kozlov, Priest Anatoly Vikhrov, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch and Deacon Anthony Ivashin.

At the Matins of the All-Night Vigil, after reading the Holy Gospel, the Right Reverend  Archpastor anointed the clergy and parishioners of the Cathedral with consecrated oil.
