On June 19, 2019, on the 105th anniversary of the birth of Metropolitan Anthony (Bloom), His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served a memorial panikhida at the Dormition Cathedral in London, during which he offered prayers for the eminent founder of the Sourozh Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church in the United Kingdom.

His Grace was assisted by the Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko.

Spiritual children and admirers of Vladyka Anthony came to honor the memory of the Archpastor.

At the end of the panikhida, Vladyka Matthew addressed the audience, highlighting the milestones in the biography of Metropolitan Anthony and his immeasurable half-century apostolic service for the benefit of the Church of Christ on the British Isles.
