On April 21, 2019, on the 6th Sunday of the Great Lent, Palm Sunday, feast of the Entry of the Lord into Jerusalem, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.
His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Dean of the Diocesan District of the South-West of England, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch, Deacon Antony Ivashin, Deacon Victor Nikiforov and Deacon Nil Lyubchenko.
The liturgical chants were sung by the choir of the Cathedral under the direction of M.V.  Bezmenova.
At the small entrance, the Right Reverend Archpastor conferred Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Sourozh Diocese, with the Patriarchal award - the right to wear epigonation.
After the prayer before the ambo, the Right  Reverend Vladyka and the serving clerics sung glorification to the feast.
At the end of the service, Vladyka Matthew addressed the congregation and clergy of the Cathedral  with words of edification.
